Det är ungefär en månad sedan jag senast deltog i En smakebit på søndag hos Flukten fra virkeligheten, men idag tänkte jag vara med... och så visar det sig att utmaningen tagit julledigt! Men... what the heck... Jag kör ändå! :)
Dagens smakbit kommer från juliga och mysiga "Just for Christmas", skriven av Scarlett Bailey, sid. 79:
'It´s just the thought of Christmas this year, makes me feel... tired. I was sort of hoping to skip it altogether. All the joy, all the goodwill. And presents.'
Lucy chuckled. 'You've come to the wrong town to avoid Christmas, Alex. We practically are Christmas here. We've had "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" playing in the gift shop since September, and Sue's pageant...'
